Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites and then gradually add the sugar. Mix the yolks with oil, salt and vanilla sugar.
Pour the yolks over the egg whites and mix. Add the flour in which I put the baking powder and mix slowly from top to bottom, just enough to incorporate the flour.
We pour the dough in the tray in which we put baking paper and we put blackberries on top, given through the flour so that it does not leave at the bottom. Bake on medium heat for 25 minutes.
Cut the cake after it cools.
